 As I explain in the Saturn Machine main entry Marvel UK had a light up chakra ankh and sunglasses wearing Angel, a female occultist tied to Transformers villain turned Marvel 90's distinctive hunk of muscle style hero named Death's Head a kind of angry robot Predator no one requested but you inevitably saw them cheap and lonely in comic bins or Wizard inserts regardless. They managed a balance of way too far out tales of ritual magick and ancient demons, or entirely transhumanist Terminator feeling storylines before X-Men2099 would erect a proper playground for such future-centric concepts. I explained how the villains of the MYS-TECH (which actually is defined as blend of magick and high technology and scientific know how) There are a few teams in this UK alliance of heroes such as Pendragon, Doctor Strange and friends (Ghostrider, Wolverine, Spidey, Blade, etc...) and if memory serves EX-Calibur with Majik and so on...

So the opposing force is a literally underground black magick cult, a Brotherhood Of Evil Mutants type of group who are self-recognized Archons and use a very Dark City style Saturn Machine or (Voodoo) model of Earth, to manipulate the goings on of the surface world above.

Unfortunately, I'm nowhere near digging up all the issues proper to read, wish I could read all these mediocre fan wikis to bring you gold on this group and related characters but I'm still working on it. However, I did find a ton of 90's scans of UK books and diagrams and the like and at least wanted to share what I have so far.
