            The World Economic Forum, Those Pharmaceutical Companies Which Are Producing Vaccines, and Big Tech; have all joined forces to move toward a more centralized technocratic surveillance state and decided to mask this move with, what is best for a post pandemic world, a world where the threat of pandemic, and now biological attack, and cyber attack; launch future wars as a more federalized employment scheme rooted in UB,I and the deployment of mass A.I. and robots will certainly replace jobs common to the past economy. The only promise the elite make to meet this occupation challenge universally is retraining people. They see both replacement and integration as realities of the near future, even saying that jobs Trump promised Americans over Mexicans, for example may be in fact entirely put out of work by robots. 

           The plan is to pretend to provide all necessities and absolute dependence in every way on the state which would run finance and social interaction into one surveilled digital way of life not unlike China’s Social Credit Scoring system, the stuff of science fiction nightmares prophesied on the aptly named, “Black Mirror” show.

Examining Questions Regarding Cults And Secret Societies’ Involvement In The Surveillance And Interaction Of Specific Bloodlines

The reason I’ve considered myself someone even capable of possibly adding some insight into the cases of The Smiley Face Killers subject is a lifelong background in researching the truth about supposed alien abductees. My process of examination of that subject matter took into account black military programs known as unacknowledged special access programs, Jungian psychoanalysis, dream psychology, and the machinations of ritual magick and exotic technologies, in an attempt at making some sober sense of a phenomenon often ignored and laughed at.

Beyond this it is also a lifelong interest in mysterious disappearances such as those documented in the 411 book series, most popularly clustered in national parks, the history of American serial killers and their relationship, if any, with mind control programs run by the Central Intelligence Agency often categorized as some aspect of the well documented MK-Ultra program, the relationship to these programs that historical patsies, assassins, serial killers, high level sexual slaves and intelligence agencies all seem to habitually invoke, as well as unrelated serial killers, cults, cults with Intelligence ties, networked pedophiles that abducted children through the 80’s and 90’s as well as many secret societies and their rituals and symbolic language in general.

I wouldn’t be foolish enough to assume that I’ll uncover some truth not yet thought about in the history of documentarians and law enforcement who took the Smiley Face Killers seriously, but hope to provide some sort of unique perspective while examining the murders with my quite particular background. Also, there are resources and methods, such as a document written by one of the lead investigators in the murders pertaining to toxicology reports and drowning methods that seem central to the motive and method of the killers which I am yet to get my hands on, as well as a case by case examination which I plan on in the future but aim to make separate points here.

Upon watching documentaries about the Smiley Face Killers, I want to list a few facts so that they are committed to memory before we move on to said case by case examination:

• In one case, it was said that the victim's friends saw him being escorted into a car with a few men, they apparently helped their friend in avoiding this form of capture as it was so near to the bar he had left that night. Most the cases involve extremely intelligent by school standards and in college or graduate school, however they are equally athletic, well liked, good looking, and somehow just like national park vanishings as well as many alien abduction families, of Germanic heritage (supposed alien abductions occur much more commonly to those with Germanic, Native American, and Irish heritage just to separate the two)
  
  
  

• In another case, a girl close to one of the victims actually saw the victim being coaxed into a vehicle with a white man in his fifties and a younger woman in her 20’s. Derek, the victim, was somehow immediately convinced to join the two in the car, leading to his body's discovery some 90 days later.
  
  

• This could be largely unrelated but the “perfect murder” method of leaving the bodies in nearby bodies of water not only overlap with national park vanishings in large part, but are also used by the do good serial killer on the tv series Dexter. Though the killings began some decade and half before the show's premiere.

• A professional filmmaker attempted to gather interviews as well as research and footage taken during the making of the film, but also vanished before completing it. This film was finished by his lifelong best friend though under the Title Smiley Face Killers Documentary by Dimension B Report on Youtube.

• Almost every victim voluntarily drinks alcohol to some extent before vanishing, however become extremely intoxicated rather fast, because even though none of them use drugs or had other drugs in their system, many were found to have the “clubbing” drug GHB, in their system. The ones not found to have this drug simply were not tested for such, as police do not test for such in the cases ruled almost universally as accidental drownings. The condition of the victims bodies when found confirm they were placed in the water sometime after searches had already covered the very same bodies of water, often repeatedly since the young men had gone missing. This also happens in many cases where bodies are found in water after a thorough search of that same body of water when people vanish in national parks.
  
  
  

• The people doing this to these boys seem to be actually ending their lives through a technique like water boarding, leaving a possible connection to the Army’s torture manual used in Iraq, the Kubark Manual. This also obviously points out a possible connection to ex-military veterans.
  
  
  

• Serial Killers often leave behind a kind of calling card, if they do not enjoy a direct ego boost from taunting law enforcement through some kind of direct communication. Son of Sam and Jack The Ripper enjoyed a declaration of their existence, “an expression of their power, and self definition” being “proud of eluding law enforcement”, whereby they left behind a symbol or whole letter where they taunt those after them with clues about their motive and or identity.

• The reason for the name “Smiley Face” comes from these murders, where there is often, almost always, a crudely spray painted smiley face left behind somewhere near the body, on different walls, bridges, trees, etc…
  
  
  

• Many of the murders seem to occur very close to Halloween, and or October in general. Oddly enough, Oktoberfest is a German tradition as well happening annually in Munich, Bavaria. Once a theme seems to congregate around these dates, there are also numerous cases in February and the first two cases were years apart but on the same day in different years.

• Since the murders occurred across the midwest in multiple states and cities, with military precision and execution and such a utter lack of leads, it leads one to believe it is being done by a group or groups of people, as I had already mentioned either military or some secret society that has the grades and physical performance records of their victims. The idea that this is just some gang of psychopaths seems far-fetched unless the lack of law enforcement concern is simply to avoid widespread panic over these cases.

When referencing National Park disappearances, The 411: a series of books and documentaries written by ex-police/SWAT/investigator David Paulides after initially looking into a case of a missing person in a national park and being informed by a park ranger that there seemed to be something happening to people in national parks where no reasonable explanation was arriving when search parties and those close to the vanished could find no evidence regardless of whether a body turned up in an already searched area including face up in bodies of water,if at all. In the past decades these cases have actually evolved beyond national parks, and into other areas including urban areas and cities equally. The series also begins to illustrate consistencies between cases where a kind of profile can be formed, though that profile is so strange, it almost doesn’t help associate with any known cases or methods of kidnappers or serial killers. In all these cases however, mental illness, runaways, drug problems, animal attacks, etc…. are all removed from the cases before research begins; so the rest of the cases have these kind of consistencies, middle aged white people of above average intelligence and well versed in survival, and or athletic skills, and also of Germanic descent seem the absolute leading predominant number of cases. Often these people are highly familiar with the area they vanish from, or vanish mere feet from their party, friends, or family. They’ll often turn a corner, take a slightly alternate route, stop momentarily for a rest break, or go slightly ahead to get a look and never be heard from again.
